📌 Experience: 5 to 10 years
📌 Designation: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
📌 Qualification: B.Tech (DT or FT)
📌 Location: Pundhra, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Required Technical / Functional Skills & Competencies
- QA professional with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Extensive experience in 3rd Party QA audits, vendor management, and compliance scaling.
- Expert knowledge of food safety standards: FSSAI, HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, and GHP.
- Ability to independently conduct supplier audits, plant audits, and process audits.
- Strong expertise in ice cream testing parameters, overrun optimization, and sensory profiling.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and continuous improvement (CI) skills.
Key Responsibilities (Attach a Job Description)
- Lead and manage overall quality audits and inspections for 3rd party ice cream manufacturing locations.
- Drive compliance against company quality standards, food safety norms, and regulatory requirements across vendors.
- Review and approve CAPA plans for Non Conformances (NCs) identified during regular audits.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and 3PP plant heads for day-to-day quality resolutions and systemic improvements.
- Oversee the sensory and laboratory evaluation process of ice cream products at 3rd party locations.
- Support the Head QA in onboarding new 3PP vendors (initial assessment, gap analysis, process alignment).
- Prepare periodic quality summary dashboards and MIS reports on 3PP performance for senior management review.
