Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and sincere Junior Production In-Charge to assist in daily operations at our Ahmednagar Dairy Processing Plant.
An ideal opportunity for fresh graduates who wish to learn how modern dairy operations function – from milk collection to final packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support daily milk processing activities – chilling, pasteurization, and packaging
2. Follow plant hygiene, safety, and quality protocols
3. Assist in machine operation monitoring and record-keeping
4. Support production planning and material handling
5. Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance teams
6. Learn to manage manpower and shift operations
7. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and timely reporting
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology / Science
- Passionate about dairy and food industry operations
- Quick learner with discipline and attention to detail
- Willing to work in shifts as per schedule
- Candidates from Ahilya Nagar preferred
