Heritage Foods Limited, one of India’s leading dairy companies, is looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join our Quality Team as Area Incharge – Quality (Chilling Centers).
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring consistent milk quality, hygiene, and compliance across all chilling centers in the region — supporting our mission to deliver safe, pure, and high-quality dairy products to consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain raw milk quality across chilling centers.
- Ensure adherence to Heritage SOPs, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
- Conduct quality audits, hygiene inspections, and staff training.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to uphold quality at every stage.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in field quality operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Btech / MTech in Dairy Technology or Food Technology.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in dairy quality (raw milk & chilling center operations).
- Language: Telugu – Mandatory (for effective field communication).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willing to travel within the Visakhapatnam region.
