About the Role:
Three to five years of experience as a Food Safety and Quality professional, responsible for supporting the accurate collection, validation, and reporting of market data related to product quality, ensuring compliance with Ferrero Group FSQ standards. This role assists in maintaining high product quality and driving continuous improvement by providing reliable data, coordinating field activities, and supporting the implementation of quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support to test and monitor market performance of innovation and seasonal brands across RTMs.
• Ensure smooth execution of panel activities across all locations, managing channels and clusters.
• Check perceived quality pictures daily and upload in system
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as ad hoc analyses.
• Check perceived quality bills and manage PQ accounts – submit bills to finance.
• Educate distributors on maintaining warehouse quality.
• Conduct quality check at CFA & Distributor WHs
• Plan and coordinate for Distributor warehouse audits as per guidelines.
• Ensure Online temperature monitoring at Distributors to maintain WH Temp. compliance by continues monitoring.
• Provide information and guide Panel team for conducting transit tests.
• Provide support to field Panel team field activities and training for the team.
• Drive quality improvements interventions/ projects and coordinate closely working with Panel team, Pilot Officers & Distributor Officers
• Visi-Coolers Quality management – Conduct regular quality checks; monitor temperature, hygiene, and stock rotation. Escalate issues promptly and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions. Prepare Visi-Cooler tracking report monthly.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and ensure reporting on time from all locations
2. Coordinate and conducting Perceived Quality check at POS level.
3. Manage, check and control perceived quality accounts and submitting bills on time to Finance
4. Co-ordinate and conduct distributor Warehouse audits and provide proper training for Supervisors and QA’s.
5. Coordinate and conduct transit tests and generate result and submit it on time.
6. Visi-Cooler project management
Who we are looking for:
EDUCATION
Graduation in Science / Food Technology, Management with 1 – 3 years of experience in food industry
