Position Overview:
To ensure customer, GFSI and McCormick quality standards are met and to provide safe product with good quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- System implementations (BRC, Halal, FSSAI Schedule 4 and other customer standards)
- Internal audit management including GMP audits
- Documentation (SOPs , Work Instructions, Formats etc)
- Customer Complaint management
- External audits (Third Party / Customer)
- Trainings
- Validation and verification
- HACCP
- Managing the operation quality
- Generating weekly and monthly QA reports
- RCA and Corrective action and preventive action plan
- Management Review / Food safety meetings
- Monitoring and assessment of Food Safety and Quality Management system at Factory
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Management of Operational Quality operations
- Validation and verification of processes, CCPs and OPRPs
- Change management system
Required Qualifications & Experience:
B.Tech. In Food / Dairy Technology/ MSc. In Food Science.
Three to five years in system implementation , documentation, customer due diligence, audits (Third party/customer/internal) Validation, IQ, OQ and PQ.
