We’re Hiring Quality Executive – Cothas Coffee

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality testing of coffee, dairy products, water, and packaging materials.
- Monitor production processes and perform in-process quality checks.
- Maintain laboratory operations, quality records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, BRCGS, and Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Perform shelf-life studies and support food safety and GMP training initiatives.
- Good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a strong commitment to quality.
