👨💼 Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
📌 Departments: Quality Assurance (QA) | Quality Control (QC) | Research & Development (R&D)
📍 Location: Bharuch, Gujarat
🧪 Experience Required: 8–12 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure implementation and compliance of food safety & quality standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO)
• Oversee QA/QC operations across production processes
• Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality and safety
• Support R&D activities for new product development and process optimization
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systems
• Hands-on experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing
• Practical exposure in QA, QC, or R&D functions
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and processes
