🎓 Qualification:
B.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science
🧪 Experience:
4–6 years in Food Safety / Quality
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety standards
• Monitor daily operations for hygiene and safety at all stages
• Conduct internal audits, inspections & maintain documentation
• Drive food safety culture and training programs across the plant
✅ Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC / FSSC
• Understanding of GMP, GHP & sanitation practices
• Excellent analytical, communication & documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
