Compass Group is hiring HSEQ Senior Executive professionals to strengthen Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) operations across its sites in Pune. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in food safety, quality systems, and compliance standards.
📍 Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra
💼 Position:
HSEQ Senior Executive
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments at various sites.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, and HACCP standards.
- Support safe mobilization and operations of sites.
- Conduct hygiene checks and oversee food safety practices.
- Report findings, escalate issues, and follow up on corrective actions with operations teams.
🎓 Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Safety, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HSEQ experience, preferably in food services, catering, or FM industry.
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, and safety standards.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Candidates based in Pune or willing to relocate independently are preferred.
