Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive – Microbiology | CAFS Trivandrum
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Quality Assurance Executive (Microbiology) to join our Quality Assurance team at CAFS – Trivandrum, supporting airline catering operations under HACCP-based Food Safety Management System aligned with FSSC 22000 guidelines.
Educational Qualification:
• MSc in Microbiology (Mandatory)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Strong understanding of microbiology laboratory practices
• Knowledge of HACCP, FSMS, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000 preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
• Good documentation and observation skills
• Freshers with strong academic foundation may also apply

CAFS – Trivandrum, Kerala (may vary upon vacancies)
