Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard & manage vendors across raw materials, packaging & co-manufacturing
- Build strong supplier relationships ensuring quality, consistency & timely supply
- Develop sourcing strategies & negotiate pricing, contracts & delivery terms
- Coordinate with QA to ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP & ISO standards
- Track vendor KPIs (OTIF, quality, cost savings) & drive performance improvement
- Manage procurement across categories considering seasonality & lead times
- Lead cost optimization, value engineering & NPD sourcing initiatives
- Mitigate supply risks & ensure sustainability & ethical compliance
- Maintain vendor databases, contracts & audit-ready documentation; prepare reports for management
