🚨 We’re Hiring – R&D Executive
We are looking for a passionate and innovative R&D Executive to support product development, process improvement, and trials in our manufacturing facility.
📍 Location: Hosur
🏭 Industry: Meat Processing
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in new product development and formulation trials
2. Conduct lab and pilot-scale experiments
3. Document recipes, SOPs, and trial reports
4. Support process optimization and yield improvement
5. Coordinate with QA, Production, and Procurement teams
6. Analyze raw materials and finished products
7. Support regulatory and compliance requirements
8. Maintain R&D lab hygiene and safety standards
🔹 Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology
2. 2–5 years of R&D experience in food or manufacturing industries
3. Knowledge of product development processes and sensory evaluation
4. Familiarity with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP)
5. Strong documentation and analytical skills
6. Willingness to work in plant-based environments
