🌟 Join Our Team! Quality Department Executive Position in Kandhari Beverages Pvt Ltd 🌟 | Ambala Cantt.
Kandhari Beverages Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in the beverage industry, is looking for a dedicated Quality Executive to join our Quality Department at our Ambala Cantt. location. Professionals with a background in the beverage, liquor, breweries, or FMCG sectors who are passionate about ensuring high-quality standards and operational excellence.
📍Location: Ambala Cantt, Haryana
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality testing across production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and control Critical Control Points (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRP) in production.
- Conduct regular checks on CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-out-of-Place) systems to maintain hygiene and quality.
- Perform Brix (GV) testing to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Maintain detailed records of quality testing and inspections, highlighting any issues and improvements.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in the Quality Department, preferably in the beverage, liquor, breweries, or FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience with quality testing procedures and techniques, including CCP, OPRP, CIP, COP, and GV Brix testing.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance in the food & beverage sector.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field is a plus.
