Prabha Dairy, a fast-growing FMCG dairy brand, is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead and manage our production operations efficiently.
🔹 Position: Plant Manager
📍 Job Location: Giridih, Jharkhand
Experience Required:
6–8 years of hands-on experience in FMCG manufacturing units (Dairy/Food preferred)
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Production / Relevant Field
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, food safety, hygiene, and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, and statutory norms
- Implement SOPs, GMP, hygiene, and safety standards
- Manage manpower planning, shift allocation, and productivity
- Monitor production targets, wastage control, and cost optimization
- Coordinate with quality, procurement, dispatch, and management teams
- Handle audits (internal & external) and documentation
