🔹 Key Responsibilities:
F&B Planning & Strategy
- Develop and execute F&B strategies to enhance passenger satisfaction and revenue.
- Identify and onboard high-quality food & beverage brands and vendors.
- Expand offerings with diverse and premium concepts.
Revenue Management
- Monitor recovery of all F&B non-aeronautical income.
- Implement systems to prevent revenue leakage.
- Achieve financial targets through analytics and controls.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets and airport lounges.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Lead EPOS deployment and integration across all outlets.
Performance & Analytics
- Review MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Track KPIs: Sales, Income, Sales per Passenger, ATV.
- Identify business improvement opportunities.
Brand Commissioning & Renewals
- Manage onboarding of new brands within timelines.
- Handle contract renewals and negotiations with existing partners.
Food Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI and regulatory norms.
- Conduct audits and hygiene inspections regularly.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with airport authorities, concessionaires, vendors, and regulators.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work with brand representatives and project teams for new launches.
Team Leadership
- Lead large multi-location F&B teams.
- Drive recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Build a service-driven culture.
Digital & Innovation Focus
- Adopt digital tools and AI-driven solutions for efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry technology trends.

🎓 Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s / MBA in Hospitality Management, Business Administration,Food or related field.
- Diploma or certification in Food & Beverage Operations / Food Safety is an advantage.
Experience:
- 6–12 years of progressive experience in F&B operations.
- Strong exposure to multi-unit management.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
