- Workforce & Resource Planning
- Develop manning plans in sync with production schedules to ensure adequate and trained workforce availability.
- Coordinate operator callouts and handle unplanned absenteeism with agility to prevent line disruptions.

- Manage cold room capacity and inventory flow with strict adherence to FEFO/FIFO principles and temperature standards.
- Play a pivotal role in trial planning, changeovers, MRP revisions, and NPD rollouts, ensuring they are embedded into the production plan without affecting BAU (business-as-usual).
- Lead daily and weekly review meetings, surfacing critical callouts and driving cross-functional resolutions.
- Inventory & Quality Control Coordination
- Partner with QA to manage pathogen testing holds, root cause analysis, and salvage planning, ensuring minimal impact on production and inventory.
- Own SLOB (Slow-moving and Obsolete) inventory reviews; trigger rework, liquidation, or write-off actions where applicable.
- Drive disciplined WO closure practices to reflect actuals and clean up systemic discrepancies.
- MIS & Performance Reporting
- Prepare and publish daily/weekly/monthly dashboards covering key PPC metrics like MSP, OTIF and inventory health.
- Actively contribute to the plant scorecard by supplying reliable, actionable data and insights for decision-making.
- KPI Monitoring & Improvement
- Monitor and drive improvements across key PPC KPIs such as:

- On-Time In-Full (OTIF) order fulfilment
- Reduction in FG SLOB
- Establish control systems and root cause analysis frameworks to address recurring KPI misses.
- Long-Term Capacity & Material Planning
- Conduct Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to identify medium- to long-term capacity constraints and guide capital or hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with the MRP planner to maintain robust MRP parameters, ensuring seamless raw and packaging material availability.
