Enrich Agro Food Products Private Limited, has been a franchise bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company in India since 1993. It is headquartered in Gurgaon. It has bottling plants in Gurgaon and Rohtak and produce beverages in Glass bottles, Tetrapack and PET bottles. It has distribution warehouses which cater to over 45,000 shops in parts of Delhi NCR (South and West Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad).
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager, implement the Validation, Change Management, Preventative Maintenance and Calibration Program for lines including Aseptic. The position requires an in-depth knowledge of validation principles & methods, experience on Quality, Safety, Environment (QSE) risk assessment, change management, Preventative Maintenance & calibration.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ To execute the validations activity for Manufacturing processes, facility, Process Equipment, Cleaning, Lab equipment, Analyst/Microbiologist & test methods.
▪ Preparation, Review & Maintenance of the Site Validation Master Plan (SVMP) & Cleaning Validation Master Plan (CVMP) across the site. Execution of requalification & revalidations triggered through SVMP & CVMP.
▪ Co-ordination for preparation / review of user requirement specifications (URS) and carry out factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT), Design qualifications (DQ), Installation qualifications (IQ), Operation qualifications (OQ) and Performance qualifications (PQ) for new & existing equipment, utility, facility across the site.
▪ Providing support for Process Validation (PV), Cleaning Validation (CV) & Computer System Validation (CSV) and Requalification activities at the site in co-ordination with cross functional team.
▪ Ensure the validation & revalidation of aseptic line as per Validation Specifications (BP-SP-410 ) and Aseptic Line Validation (RF-PF-205).
▪ Implement & Ensure Change Management Program as per the KORE & OU Guidelines Assessment of change control from validation point of view & execution of validations triggered through change control process. Deviation Management, Audit (Internal & External) Management.
▪ To implement QMS at site through revalidation and execution of change control trials.
▪ To identify risks (Quality / EHS / Regulatory) & report.
▪ 100 % completion of training as per training need identification for all lines including aseptic line.

▪ Analytical skills to test the products accurately and timely that right product reach to the customer.
▪ Sense of urgency to validate the Equipment, Process and Methods to get a safe product to the customer.
▪ Communication skill to understand and provide necessary feedback to customers.
▪ Interpersonal skill to develop healthy relationship between key stakeholders, production, and engineering.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science/Technology, Dairy Technology, Pharmaceutical.
• Minimum 8-10 years in Validation, change management.
• Working experience in pharma or in infant food manufacturing industry.
