However in 1994 the company became the authorized bottler of Coca Cola Atlanta, USA and started manufacturing and distribution of Coca Cola, Limca, Sprit, Maaza, Thums UP, Fanta, Minute Maid, Coke Zero & Kinley. The Group is the largest bottler for M/s Coca-Cola in India and is engaged in manufacturing and distribution of Soft drinks and Kinley Water under Franchisee agreement with Coca Cola Inc., USA. Moon is the only bottler in India for Coca-Cola manufacturing all the products for the Coca-Cola Company. MOON BEVERAGES is seeking an experienced *System Manager – Quality* to drive quality excellence in our beverages business. If you’ve led audits, optimized processes, and ensured compliance in a fast-paced FMCG environment, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality management systems (QMS) & drive continuous improvement across manufacturing & supply chain
- Conduct internal & external audits, manage CAPAs, and ensure regulatory compliance (FSSAI, ISO, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, improve product quality, and reduce defects
- Develop & implement quality KPIs, reporting, and training programs for teams
What We Look For:
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in a *beverages company* (juices, soft drinks, or similar)
- Expertise in audits, risk management, and quality systems (ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership to drive teams toward zero defects
- Experience with industry-specific regulations (FSSAI, food safety standards)
