Saahaj Milk is looking for an experienced Cluster QA In-Charge to strengthen its quality assurance operations across the dairy value chain. If you have strong expertise in dairy quality systems, food safety compliance, and field operations, this is an excellent opportunity to join a quality-driven dairy organization.
📍 Location: Field Operations
🧑💼 Position: Cluster QA In-Charge (Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager)
⏳ Experience: 5–10 Years
🏭 Industry Preferred: Dairy
💰 CTC: As per industry norms
⚡ Requirement: Immediate joiner preferred
Qualification:
- M.Sc / B.Tech (Food / Dairy)
- Dairy Technology (DT) / Food Technology
- B.Sc in relevant discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hygienic milk handling across the dairy value chain (Pourers, MPPs, BMCs, MCCs & transportation).
- Deviation reporting and corrective / preventive actions
- Implementation of GMP / GLP / GHP at MCC
- Ensure quality and food safety compliance
- Conduct QA training for field staff, supervisors and lab team
