We have an opening for Senior Application technologist / Junior Application Technologists (R & D department) at our Head office in Mumbai.
Qualification- B.Tech/M.tech / M.Sc in Food Science or food technology
Experience- Looking for candidate having 2-3 years of experience, working in a food application lab will be preferable
Job Description:
- Conduct lab scale trials with company ingredients, develop prototypes, determine dosage, analyse effects of ingredient on the end product
- Interact with clients as a support to the marketing with respect to techincal queries
- Run shelf-life studies if needed
- Candidate must be open to travel to the factory for a few days if needed
- Well Versed with FSSAI REGULATIONS
