YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of the role is to support the food & nutrition business unit by carrying out various applications, existing and new product development in the lab, for Brenntag India. This would be a support service & an individual contributor role.
Responsibility Deliverables (Key Result Areas KRAs)
- Conduct trials and be responsible for the new and existing product development in the lab.
- Prepare the quality assurance documents specifying supplier’s details and submit these to the customers.
- Share the raw materials’ data with the warehouse team, coordinate with them as well as the 3rd party manufacturer for production of formulated products.
- Responsible for sample stock keeping as well as providing samples to the customers for pilot trial purpose.
Maintain data in excel with respect to requests from the sales team, raw materials’ quantity, customer details, dispatch details etc. - Manage customers’/suppliers’ visit in the lab.
- Good Housekeeping & adhering to Safety First norms in the application lab.
YOUR PROFILE
- BSc./MSc./B.tech in food technology from a reputed college/university.
Certification in ISO/ FSSAI/ HACCP preferred. - Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the R&D function/ application development lab of a reputed food ingredient organization.
