🚨 We’re Hiring | Senior Executive – Quality Assurance 🚨
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🏢 Department: Quality Assurance
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – QA to join our Quality Assurance team. If you have hands-on experience in food manufacturing and a strong understanding of food safety and in-process controls, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- In-process Quality Control (IPQC) monitoring during production
- In-process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks and verification
- Routine & special microbiological and chemical testing (raw materials, in-process, finished goods, swabs, etc.)
- Monitoring GMP, GHP, and food safety compliance on the shop floor
- Handling non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions
- Maintaining QA documentation, records, and reports
- Supporting internal audits, external audits, and regulatory compliance (FSSAI / ISO 22000)
Desired Profile:
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech (Microbiology / Food Technology / Biotechnology or related discipline)
- Experience: 3–4 years in food manufacturing / bakery / FMCG industry (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety systems, microbiology, and in-process controls
- Hands-on exposure to IPQC / IPQA activities
