🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Product Development (Food)
📍 Experience: 4–6 Years
🎓 Qualification: Degree in Food Technology
🏭 Industry: Food / FMCG
We are looking for a Product Development professional to drive New Product Development (NPD) and renovation projects, from concept to commercialization, while ensuring quality, cost, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and reformulate food products from concept to launch
2. Translate marketing briefs into commercially viable product formulations
3. Conduct bench, pilot, and plant trials
4. Support product trials, commercialization, and scale-up
5. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, and quality standards
6. Manage raw material evaluation, vendor coordination, and specifications
7. Drive shelf-life studies, sensory evaluation, and product optimization
8. Focus on cost optimization and process improvements
9. Collaborate with Marketing, Quality, Packaging, Sourcing, and Operations
Preferred Background:
1. Experience in Food, Beverages, Staples, Dairy, Snacks, Nutraceuticals, or FMCG
2. Exposure to NPD stage-gate processes
3. Strong stakeholder, specification, and project management skills
