We Are Hiring – Senior Chemist (03 Immediate Joiners)
- Department: Quality
- Location: Sagar & Chhatarpur
- Qualification Required: B.Sc (PCM) or M.Sc (PCM)
- Diploma in Food Technology
- Experience in dairy/milk testing preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily milk quality tests (FAT, SNF, MBRT, Adulteration tests, Acidity, Density).
- Ensure milk standardization and check incoming/outgoing milk quality.
- Maintain BMC hygiene and sanitation records.
- Supervise lab equipment calibration and maintain test accuracy.
- Prepare daily QC reports and update data in Excel.
- Monitor quality at BMC level and ensure compliance with FSSAI and company standards.
- Coordinate with cluster officers, BMC operators, and procurement team for quality issues.
- Handle sample collection, storage, and dispatch for external testing.
- Identify and prevent milk adulteration or quality deviation.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of milk chemistry & dairy quality parameters
- Proficiency in Excel & documentation
- Ability to lead lab activities and handle pressure
- Problem-solving & quick decision-making skills
