This role leads product development, quality systems, and daily technical operations for all gummy and jelly products. The person owns formulation, plant-level quality, troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.

Looking for an R&D and Technical Operations Manager who can own formulations, quality, and compliance end to end.
Requirements:
- Product Development (R&D)
- Work with the production team to ensure smooth batch runs
- Compliance and Documentation
- Work closely with procurement, production, and management on planning
- Maintain clear documentation
- Check Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC)
- Prepare documentation required for licensing, audits, supplier approvals
- Regulatory compliance – FSSAI, Labelling weights & measures, Nutritional & Environmental compliances
