We are hiring a Quality Executive to oversee quality assurance and production processes in our fast-paced F&B unit. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FSSAI), supervise process quality, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks from raw materials to finished goods
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor production for process consistency and efficiency
- Train and guide quality/production staff
- Maintain quality records and generate reports
- Lead process improvement and waste reduction initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in food Tech, Microbiology, or related field
- 0-3+ years of experience in QA/QC in the F&B sector
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, GMP
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
