Position: Quality Controller
Package: ₹1.5 – 1.8 LPA
📍 Location: Dharwad, Karnataka
📌 Job Profile:
We are looking for a skilled Quality Controller to ensure that our products meet high standards of safety, consistency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining the quality of food products and packaging while adhering to industry and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Ensure quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
✔ Maintain aseptic conditions in production and packaging units
✔ Implement and monitor quality control procedures
✔ Maintain proper documentation as per quality standards
✔ Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory requirements
Eligibility:
✔ Degree in Food Technology / Confectionery
✔ Knowledge of food safety norms and quality standards
✔ Experience in QC of food products is desirable
✔ Ability to work with lab instruments and maintain records
Preferred Skills:
✔ Good understanding of quality assurance protocols
✔ Practical knowledge of GMP and hygiene standards
✔ Strong attention to detail
