Mochan Foods is looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Officer to ensure the highest quality standards for our dairy products manufactured for export markets. If you have a strong background in dairy quality control and a passion for product excellence, we’d love to connect with you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality checks and testing of dairy products such as milk, butter, ghee, cream, and paneer
• Perform chemical analysis and ensure compliance with export and regulatory standards
• Verify product quality, hygiene, and packaging for export readiness
• Coordinate with production teams to maintain consistent quality standards
• Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Dairy Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in dairy quality control
• Strong knowledge of dairy product testing and chemical analysis
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in dairy export or FMCG industry
• Knowledge of FSSAI, ISO, and international quality standards
