About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to join our Fresh Produce Division at our Purkaji, Muzaffarnagar facility. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in food safety and quality control, especially in handling fresh fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HACCP protocols across procurement and handling stages
- Conduct quality checks for incoming and outgoing produce
- Assist in defect grading and analysis of fresh and leafy vegetables
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for FSSAI and export compliance
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure food safety standards
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Agriculture, or related field
- Basic understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with fresh produce handling and grading protocols
- Strong documentation and observation skills
