- Position: Production Officer
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced (2–5 years preferred from the food processing industry)
- Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology
- Job Location: Mankoli, Bhiwandi (Thane), Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
- Monitor product quality and maintain quality standards throughout production.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency while reducing wastage and production costs.
- Supervise and guide production staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily production reports, including yield, downtime, and material usage.
- Ensure machinery is operating efficiently and coordinate maintenance when required.
Who Can Apply?
