📍 Location: Halol (Near Vadodara), Gujarat
Vinayak Foods is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and strengthen our Ready-to-Eat (RTE) & Frozen Food manufacturing operations.
🔹Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end production planning & execution
• Managing RTE & frozen food product lines
• SOP implementation, yield improvement & wastage control
• Ensuring quality, hygiene & food safety compliance (FSSAI / HACCP)
• Team handling, training & productivity enhancement
• Coordination with QA, maintenance & supply chain teams
🔹 Preferred Experience:
• 7–15 years in RTE / Frozen / FMCG food manufacturing
• Strong shopfloor leadership and people management skills
• Exposure to export-oriented food plants will be an advantage
