- Job Title: Production Manager – HUSKY Preform Injection Molding.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Production Manager to lead HUSKY HyPET 5e preform injection molding operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure maximum machine efficiency, maintain product quality, and drive process improvements in a high-volume PET preform manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Plan and control daily production of HUSKY injection molding lines as per standard SOPs.
2) Optimize cycle time, output efficiency, and material utilization to achieve targets.
3) Coordinate mold changes, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting with technical teams.
4) Collaborate with maintenance, utilities, QA, and logistics for smooth plant operations.
5) Review and analyze production data via SAP for process improvement.
6) Ensure compliance with, 5S, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
7) Lead, train, and motivate production staff for continuous skill and performance improvement.
Candidate Profile:
QUALIFICATION: B.Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering OR Diploma in Plastics Technology (CIPET).
EXPERIENCE: 8–12 years of experience in HUSKY HY-PET preform manufacturing.
SKILLS: A) Strong technical expertise in injection molding process, machine operation, and maintenance.
B) Proficient in data-driven production management.
C) Effective leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
