We Are Hiring – Production Head (UHT Plant)
📍Location: Karnal
Goodrich is looking for an experienced Production Head – UHT Plant to lead day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and ensure world-class production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee UHT plant operations & daily production planning
- Manage production teams with strong leadership & training
- Ensure smooth execution of production schedules
- Maintain food safety, hygiene & compliance standards
- Coordinate UHT equipment operations & maintenance
- Optimize costs, efficiency & process improvements
- Maintain documentation, reporting & audit readiness
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in UHT plant operations
- Strong knowledge of homogenization & aseptic filling systems
- Expertise in safety, compliance & quality systems
- Proficiency in production planning, SAP/ERP & audits
- Ability to lead high-speed manufacturing operations
