1.Plant Manager – Food Innovation and Training Centre
Experience Required: 3-5 Years in the Food Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the plant across all units: extruded food products, juice processing, and dairy.
- Lead the production team, ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Oversee product quality control, making sure all products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet product demand and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance of equipment and ensure that all machines are running optimally.
- Lead innovation efforts and collaborate with the R&D team to develop new products.
- Monitor budgets, reduce operational costs, and maximize plant efficiency.
- Train and mentor production staff to build skills and enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing food production plants, preferably with exposure to extruded food, juice processing, and dairy products.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, quality control, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Manufacturing of Extruded Food Products

- Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets and optimize production efficiency.
