Position: Operations Manager / Factory Manager
Industry: Spice Processing
Location: Navi Mumbai
CTC: ₹10 to ₹12 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the spice processing facility.
- Implement and maintain ERP systems for efficient workflow.
- Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the spice processing industry.
- Degree in Food Technology or Graduation/Post-Graduation in a related field; MBA in Operations is preferred.
- Proficient in ERP systems.
- Only candidates currently working in or with prior experience in the spice industry will be considered.
