🔹 1. Sr. / Manager – Production & Operations
Experience: 12–15 years in Noodles/Snacks manufacturing
Qualification: B.Tech – Food Technology
Role: End-to-end noodles line operations, production planning, efficiency improvement, manpower management, and operational control.
🔹 2. Assistant Manager – Production
Experience: 5–8 years in Noodles/Snacks manufacturing
Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc – Food Technology
Role: Line supervision, shift handling, monitoring targets, and production optimization.
🔹 3. Roller Operator (1 Position)
Experience: 5–8 years in Noodles/Snacks manufacturing
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Relevant education
Role: Operate and monitor dough sheeting/rolling section, maintain thickness, reduce wastage, ensure line efficiency.
🔹 4. Mixer Operator (1 Position)
Experience: 5–8 years in Noodles/Snacks manufacturing
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Relevant education
Role: Handle raw material batching and dough mixing as per formulation, maintain mixing parameters and quality consistency.
🔹 5. Packing Operators (3 Positions)
Experience: 5–8 years in Noodles/Snacks manufacturing
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Relevant education
Role: Operate packing machines, ensure weight accuracy, sealing quality, and finished goods handling.
🔹 6. Seasoning Operator (1 Position)
Experience: 5–8 years in Noodles/Snacks manufacturing
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Relevant education
Role: Manage blending & dosing systems, ensure correct seasoning proportion and uniform application.
🔹 7. Fryer Operator (1 Position)
Experience: 5–8 years in Noodles/Snacks manufacturing
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Relevant education
Role: Operate fryer system, monitor oil temperature & frying time, ensure product texture and food safety compliance.
🔹 8. Manager – Maintenance
Experience: 8–12 years in Noodles/Snacks manufacturing
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical/Electrical
Role: Preventive maintenance, breakdown control, utilities management, and machine reliability improvement.
🔹 9. Sr. Technician (Shopfloor)
Experience: 5–8 years in Noodles/Snacks manufacturing
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Role: Attend mechanical/electrical breakdowns, support preventive maintenance, ensure smooth operations.
🔹 10. Utility Operator (RO, ETP, DG)
Experience: 5–8 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Role: Operate and maintain utilities systems, monitor parameters, ensure uninterrupted utility supply.
🔹 11. Boiler Operator (Certified)
Experience: 5–8 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma with Boiler Certification
Role: Operate boiler system, monitor pressure & safety, ensure statutory compliance.
🔹 12. Electrician (Licensed Preferred – 3–5 Years)
Experience: 5–8 years

Role: Electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, panel handling, ensure uninterrupted power supply.

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc – Food Technology / Microbiology
Role: Oversee QA/QC systems, HACCP, FSSAI, ISO 22000, GMP compliance (BRC/FSMS preferred).

Experience: 4–7 years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc – Food Tech preferred
Role: Implement QA procedures, inspections, process quality monitoring.
🔹 15. Lab Assistant
Experience: 4–7 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Relevant education
Role: Conduct lab testing, maintain records, assist quality team.
🔹 16. IPQC Executive
Experience: 4–7 years
