We are currently hiring for two key roles:
1. Microbiologist 🔬
Location: Base Kitchen, Sector 35, Gurgaon
Experience: 1+ year in a food testing lab or base kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting microbial analysis of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitoring hygiene levels and swab testing.
- Maintaining lab documentation as per regulatory standards.
2. Food Safety Auditor 📋
Location: West & South India (Regional Travel Required)
Experience: 1+ year in food safety auditing or QA roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting periodic audits of outlets/units to ensure FSSAI and internal compliance.
- Identifying gaps in SOPs and recommending corrective actions (CAPA).
- Training ground staff on hygiene and food handling protocols.
What we are looking for:
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Microbiology, Food Science, or Biotechnology.
- Skills: Strong understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSAI guidelines.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
