Designation : Manager – Quality Assurance
Qualification : Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Biology, Microbiology
Preferred Industry : Hotels & Restaurants
Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra
Candidate Profile :-
Minimum 8 years of applicable experience.
Detailed knowledge and track record of successful implementation of food manufacturing policies and procedures (GMP).
Certification and training in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Excellent knowledge of HACCP and the proven ability to write HACCP plans.
