Designation: Jr. Executive/Executive
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Qualification: Bsc, Msc or Btech in food
Purpose: Responsible for smooth and efficient operation production, overseeing daily operations, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement to achieve company goals.
Skills:
- Proven working experience as Jr. Executive/Executive – Production
- Good analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS office, google spreadsheet and ERP system
- Strong Verbal, written communications skills
- Attention to details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Oversee the operation of packaging machinery and equipment.
- Identify and resolve production problems quickly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Manage team of labours
