Job Summary: We’re seeking a skilled Quality Analytics Manager to join our Quality Assurance team, driving data-driven decision-making to ensure product quality and compliance in our FMCG operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data from manufacturing, supply chain, and customer feedback.
2. Trend Identification: Identify patterns and trends in quality data to inform business decisions and improvement initiatives.
3. Reporting: Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to stakeholders, including dashboard development and maintenance.
4. Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA), industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and company policies.
5. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain) to implement quality enhancements.
6. Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
7. Statistical Process Control: Apply statistical methods (e.g., Six Sigma, regression analysis) to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- Engineering in Food Processing Technology 0r
- M.Tech in Food Technology
- Diploma in Food Processing Technology will be an added advantage
