1. R&D Executive
Eligibility: Food Technology / MSc in Food Science
Experience: 1-2 yr in snacks
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow trends and technological developments in the nutritional food business and help translate these into new product development ideas and projects
- Apply domain knowledge to convert ideas into a final product as per the intended design
- Develop technology competencies necessary to maintain a healthy pipeline of products
- Optimize and scale up manufacturing operations for new products to support the growth of the organization
- Maintain and record recipes
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary projects with colleagues from Quality, Marketing, external labs, vendors, and suppliers
- Develop and launch assigned brand product innovations
- Lead new product development projects from concept to full launch
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to reach project objectives
- Monitor and follow up on the performance of new products launched, anticipate and analyze causes affecting performance, and provide recommendations to Management and Operations to improve performance
2. Dispatch/Warehouse Executive
Eligibility:
• Min Graduation
• Fresher or 0-1 yrs. Experience in dispatch department
Role & Responsibilities:
• Ensuring minimum stock sufficient for days dispatch.
• Ensure proper documentation of orders (Invoice, shipping label, PO, E-way etc.)
• Ensure all the orders (online and offline).
• Executing the dispatch orders without shortages.
• In case of shortages immediate consult with plant head to despatch orders.
• Coordination with production team to ensure next day’s dispatch quantity ready in the section.
• Ensuring proper controls on raw and sundry material through store supervisor.
• Monitoring & improving through quality objectives.
