We Are Hiring – Food Technologist (R&D/NPD)
📍 Location: Shivajinagar, Pune
Roshita Industries is looking for a skilled Food Technologist to join our R&D/NPD team!
Responsibilities & Skills Needed:
- Experience in sauces, ketchup, ice cream, bakery, or confectionery products
- Ability to develop recipes, conduct trials, and optimize formulations
- Strong skills in sensory evaluation, texture, and stability analysis
- Ability to identify formulation issues and suggest improvements
- Good understanding of pectin, xanthan, starches, LBG, carrageenan, and other hydrocolloids
- Ability to prepare technical reports and support customer applications
- 3–4 years of relevant industry experience
We are searching for someone who can work independently, solve practical problems, and contribute responsibly to product development.
