💼 Position: Food Safety Officer (FSSC 22000 Focus)
Parle Biscuits Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Food Safety professional to join our Confectionery Unit at Neemrana.
Key Responsibilities:
1. FSMS Maintenance
• Manage and maintain the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) as per FSSC 22000 standards
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22000 requirements and PRPs
2. HACCP Management
• Support and lead HACCP activities
• Identify and control physical, chemical, biological, and allergen hazards
3. Internal Auditing
• Conduct internal audits and gap assessments
• Coordinate third-party certification audits
4. Training & Food Safety Culture
• Conduct training sessions on GMP, hygiene, food defense, and food safety awareness
5. Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions
6. Traceability & Recall Management
• Conduct mock recalls and ensure effective traceability systems
7. PQMS Coordination
• Implement and maintain Parle Quality Management System (PQMS)
• Coordinate cross-functional compliance activities
• Manage documentation, SOP adherence, audits, and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or related field
- FSSC 22000 V6/V7 & HACCP Certification
- 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-1, and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills
