The Bakery Technology Program is designed to help students, entrepreneurs, and bakery shop owners learn the basics of baking technology & develop the products.
Participants will gain knowledge the fundamentals of baking, including the use of various ingredients, techniques, and tools. They will also learn how to set up a business plan, conduct market research, and price their products. Additionally, they will learn how to create and bake various types of breads and cakes, as well as how to package, store, and market them. Finally, You will gain an understanding of the financial aspects of running a bakery. The program runs for three weeks and participants will receive a certification upon successful completion.
