Main Job Purpose:

- Procurement Business Partner Value Innovation Programs: Anchoring VIP (Value Improvement Project) network by coordinating with Supplychain (Plan and Make functions), R&D, Supplychain Finance, Network Finance, Brand team and engagement with external stakeholders – suppliers, etc
- Procurement Business Partner to HFD Factories in ensuring operational excellence – timely procurement of raw materials, keeping track of raw material covers.
- Aligning the suppliers to Unilever ways of working and ensuring needful compliances are being adhered to.
Key Accountabilities:

- Leading the sourcing and procurement operations for HFD (Health Food Drinks) Ingredients
- Accountable for driving the VIP projects governance in HFD Category.
- Driving Sustainability, Cost, Cash, Service, Quality targets.
- Driving the Agility, Resilience and Complexity reduction networks for HFD materials (Imported and single sourced materials)
Professional Skills: MBA or equivalent

Experience Required: At least 4-6 years of experience

- Ability to adapt to emerging technology usage in driving Procurement deliverables
- Proficient in usage of Ms-Excel / Ms-Powerpoint

- Agriculture Expertise
- Exposure in using technology tools in Procurement
Travel: Limited Travel (3-5 days per month max)
