Job Brief:
- Ensure Quality standards as specified by FSSAI/HACCP norms are adhered facilitating food safety and hygiene worldwide
- Assist in developing the Quality Management system, striving for best in class products and business practices to deliver to the customer’s expectations, managing teams and projects across the business.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the business to ensure that all activities are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental issues are prioritised and facilitate Lean Business and drive Continuous Improvement across all quality related areas of the business in line with the strategy.
Experience:
- B. Tech (or equivalent) in Food Technology
- Minimum of 5 yrs’ experience in operations within a large chain of restaurants, flight kitchens. airlines or FMCG as a Lead Auditor. Must have sound knowledge of audit standards and industry norms.
- Execution of ISO standards ISO 22000:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and FSSAI requirements.
