We are hiring – Assistant Manager – New Product Development
Experience – 4 to 5 Years
Qualification – Graduation/Post Graduation (Food Technology)
Location – Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Continuously ideate and develop innovative RTC/ RTE product portfolio (Veg/ Non-veg)
- Develop new product prototypes at R&D level for culinary based products.
- Continuously build value added new products basket and customize as per requirement.
- Improve / Modify the existing product formulation and standardize the commercialization process.
- Responsible to scale up the new product and standardize the manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of FSSAI standards and norms for cold chain product category.
- Maintain the project tracker and adhere to launches.
- Conduct the sensory evaluation of new products.
- Work closely with cross functional teams for the shelf life studies, product specifications, process optimization and legal requirements.
