Bveg Foods India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Production to join our Sonipat (Haryana) manufacturing plant and support high-volume food / frozen food operations.
- Role: Assistant Manager – Production
- Location: Sonipat, Haryana
- Industry: Food / Frozen Food Manufacturing
- Experience: 5–8 years (Food industry mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Plan & manage daily production operations and manpower
✔ Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, hygiene & safety standards
✔ Achieve production targets, efficiency & cost control
✔ Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain & Planning teams
✔ Monitor KPIs, downtime, wastage & corrective actions
✔ Support audits, continuous improvement & process optimization
Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc (Food Technology / Production / Mechanical or related)
