Mahaan Milk Foods Ltd. is hiring an experienced Head of Food Safety & Quality to lead its FSQA function at the Hathras manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead QA, QC and Food Safety teams
• Drive food safety, quality and regulatory compliance
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GFSI, cGMP, FSMA and other standards
• Lead internal, customer, statutory and certification audits
• Oversee CCPs, SSOPs, CAPAs, deviations and quality systems
• Manage supplier quality and vendor audits
• Drive digital QMS implementation and data-driven quality improvements
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Procurement and Sales
Eligibility:
🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science or Microbiology
💼 10+ years of experience in Food Safety & Quality, preferably in dairy/FMCG
📋 Strong knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 and GMP
🌎 Experience with USFDA/FSMA-compliant facilities is an advantage
