Tastarom is expanding its team and looking for a talented Flavour R&D Executive to join its new facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
📌 About the Role:
As a Flavour R&D Executive, you will be involved in the development and optimization of flavour solutions for a wide range of food and beverage applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of food science, sensory innovation, and product development.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and evaluate new flavour formulations
✅ Conduct flavour application trials across food and beverage categories
✅ Support product development and customer projects
✅ Perform sensory evaluations and maintain technical records
✅ Collaborate with production, quality, and commercial teams
✅ Stay updated with market trends and emerging flavour technologies
🎓 Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field
- Experience in flavour development, food R&D, product development, or application labs is preferred
- Strong understanding of food ingredients and sensory science
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation
